Dear Valued Clients and Partners,

The 11th Fadata Community Forum will take place from 30th to 31st May 2018 at the Steigenberger Hotel in Munich, Germany.

A central theme for this year’s event will be the expansion and integration of insurance process capabilities.

Customer engagement remains a heated subject of debate among insurance leaders, and Fadata has made significant investments in its digital front-end capabilities with its acquisition of Impeo. We look forward to presenting these, and their integration with INSIS.

As well as gaining a full update on Fadata’s Group’s strategy, roadmap and developments, you will be able to

Get a full update on all that is happening at Fadata, discuss your needs directly with our executive and management teams, and exchange views with your industry peers.

Our agenda will include:

  • Update on Fadata’s business strategy and developments
  • Shared insights from our clients’ own experiences
  • INSIS user experience developments
  • Review of GDPR-support capabilities

As the latest of Fadata's clients it was a unique opportunity for me to connect with other Fadata Insis customers and partners. The shared information and networking options have been fruitful and provided new insights and perspectives for my work. I am looking forward to the next event.
