The 3-day event comprised of a Customer Advisory Board meeting and a Fadata Partner Network session, followed by presentations by EY, Zurich, Gartner, Ethniki and Fadata’s management team. The topics covered the direction of disruption in the insurance industry, process digitalization and automation, optimizing the user experience, business intelligence, analytics, and more – and how Fadata’s strategy and product roadmap supports insurers in these and other areas.
Ryszard Dyszkiewicz, Group Head of IT, Vienna Insurance Group, commented: “As a customer of Fadata, we were pleased – as every year – to have attended the event, which hosted over 80 insurance technology specialists, including insurers such as ourselves, analysts, journalists, technology vendors and partners. The Fadata Community Forum brought us closer to the Fadata team, and to the evolving needs of other leading insurance companies, giving us a view of the latest INSIS technology and product roadmap.”
John Macdonald, CEO, Fadata, commented: “We have followed the tradition of gathering our customers, partners and lead analysts, whose presence and contribution will inform and help shape the future direction of our insurance software and digitalization initiatives. This year’s agenda covered panels and discussions focused on the direction of disruption in the insurance industry, including digitalization, automation, unstructured data, user experience, business intelligence, and analytics. The insurance industry is going through rapid change, and we are proud to be able to help drive the transformation, in turn offering better insurance solutions for people. ”
Fadata also launched their Customer Advisory Board and Partner Network at the Community Forum – both sessions were very well received by customers and partners.
