Fadata announces a pilot implementation of AI Claim Automation Solution in UNIQA Bulgaria

Fadata, a leading provider of software solutions for insurance companies worldwide, has been selected by UNIQA Bulgaria to implement a pilot project for the latest development of Fadata in the field of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence focused on P&C claim automation. The implementation includes a virtual assistant, based on artificial intelligence, through which customers will be able to file CASCO and Property insurance claims remotely, 24/7 via chat and voice channels such as Messenger, Viber, Google Assistant, mobile phones, and devices such as Google Home, as well as to receive immediate assistance and claim evaluation. This project reflects UNIQA’s ambition to provide its clients unique customer service and significantly accelerate claim processing.
