Fadata Group Acquires Digital Insurance Vendor IMPEO, and Expands Operations in German-speaking Markets
Fadata, a leading provider of advanced insurance software solutions, has announced the acquisition of Munich-based digital insurance technology specialist, IMPEO, and its subsidiaries.
The IMPEO acquisition accelerates Fadata’s market presence in the German-speaking markets, and extends its insurance process platform (INSIS solution) with products and services to help insurers engage successfully with their customers and distribution partners.
The IMPEO team of highly skilled and experienced insurance technology specialists and business consultants, including the founders, Ralf Bojarra and Alexander Schweers, and other senior team members, are all joining the expanded Fadata business.
