Fadata, a leading provider of software solutions for insurance companies worldwide, announced the completion of the final stage of integration of Impeo Software GmbH, which as of now will trade as Fadata Germany GmbH.
Impeo Software GmbH - Munich-based digital insurance technology specialist – was acquired in 2017 by Fadata, allowing Fadata to support insurers’ growing need for modern, mobile friendly customer-engagement and portal solutions, and to help insurers reduce overall costs and complexity by integrating these with Fadata’s existing core insurance process platform for end-to- end support.
The changed company name reflects the final stage of the integration of the company into the Fadata Group, which also moved its headquarters to Munich in January 2019. The importance within the group is further emphasised by the appointment of Liselotte Munk (CEO Fadata) and Milen Glushkov (CFO Fadata) to the management board of Fadata Germany GmbH.
