Once the implementation of INSIS has been completed, Fadata provides a warranty period to assure smooth transition to production and stable customer operations.
After the warranty period has expired, Fadata offers additional support that includes the following:
- Ongoing INSIS upgrade releases that include performance and functionality improvements, release notes, and upgrade guides.
- Delivery of custom INSIS features and functionalities.
- Bug fixing of standard and/or custom code.
- INSIS product consultancy.
Fadata’s customers also have access to an Oracle based Support Portal, where they can log in, track activity of their support tickets, and communicate with Fadata support experts.
Customers can also review and download the latest INSIS updates and product roadmap.
